We’re launching the first ever Iron Tigers Coaching Pathway Traineeship in 2026, and our players are getting the very first chance to apply before we open it to the public.

This is a term-based 10-week program for players who want to learn how to coach. Trainees work alongside our coaching team at training and games, complete their Community Coach accreditation, and build real leadership and communication skills.

What’s included:
• Weekly hands-on coaching experience
• Mentor coach support
• Community Coach accreditation
• Opportunities to run warm-ups, drills, and game moments
• Certificate of completion
• Priority pathway to future paid coaching roles

$250 program fee. Places are limited for this first intake. The first intake will commence first week of February 2026.
