---
How do I pay for casual attendance at CCGS training?
Casual attendance at CCGS can be paid via the online shop or directly through Stack Team App.
---
Why is RSVPing to training important?
Please RSVP yes or no to all training sessions. This allows coaches to plan sessions properly based on expected numbers and maintain training quality.
---
Do teams need a team manager?
Yes. All teams are required to have a dedicated volunteer team manager, including our newest teams at Niagara Park and Bateau Bay.
If you’re able to help, please email:

Why aren’t my fixtures showing yet?
Each competition uses a different system to manage fixtures. We consolidate fixtures and add them to Stack Team App as soon as they are released.
If fixtures are not yet visible for your team, please contact your team manager. In many cases, the competition has not yet released the draw.

Do I need to RSVP to games as well?
Please RSVP yes or no to all game fixtures in Stack Team App as early as possible.
RSVPs allow coaches and team managers to confirm we have enough players available. Competitions have strict rules around minimum player numbers and replacement players, and late changes are difficult to manage.
If a team is forced to forfeit at short notice due to insufficient player numbers, competitions will often fine the club. These situations are avoidable with timely RSVPs and early communication.
If you’re unsure about replacement player eligibility, please refer to the Documents section in Stack Team App, where the relevant replacement player rules are available.
If availability changes after you’ve RSVPed, please notify your team manager as soon as possible.
